
KPS offers Performance Management Training for Managers and Associates. These modules are designed as professional development and employment retention tool; they demonstrates the use of performance evaluation to develop your staff and your organization.
The Performance Management Training Program for Leaders ensures performance outcomes are consistent with the organization’s objectives. The program assist managers in expanding their knowledge of the behaviors that lead to effective performance and provide measurable standards and goals in which to fairly evaluate associates.
Participants in this training will learn:

- Best practices for aligning performance to company standards
- To use career development strategies to motivate associates and inspire productivity
- Techniques for handling performance and salary issues
- Methods for defusing anxiety related to the performance review process
We recognize career development as an important component of performance management because a goal-oriented associate is a more productive associate. The Performance Management Training Program for Associates helps low to medium skilled workforce through their probationary period and first year of employment. This training focuses on empowering associates to take responsibility for their own performance and professional development. Participants will understand the criteria by which performance is measured.
