KPS meets at least once per week with each workforce client. The Case Manager makes work site visits and conducts evaluations with the on-site supervisor, coaching the participant on workplace skills and behaviors. The Case Manager also coordinates the provision of essential services during non-working hours, monitoring attendance and personal improvements. A key to success is having the same coach monitor employment retention, providing a level of continuity while teaching the clients how to manage the demands of the workplace with personal and work demands.

KPS ensures at least 6 months of retention for unsubsidized jobs – support is consistent and integrated. The effectiveness of this strategy is supported by retention statistics unparalleled by our competitors.

Supportive Services

KPS recognizes that the barriers to employment among its workforce clients are often daunting and debilitating. KPS collaborates with a range of service providers who address a variety of client needs. KPS ensures that supportive services are coordinated with the client's work schedule.

Career Advancement Services

KPS works closely with its workforce clients in pursuit of career opportunities, coaching them on professional development and work skills. We offer workshops and other career related services to prepare employees for promotional opportunities and career advancement.
