General Approach & Range of Services Available
KPS places its selective workforce clientele in jobs at all skill levels. The profile of the clients we successfully place fall under three categories: those who have been on public assistance, those who are re-entering the workforce, and recent high school graduates. Our supported work model is designed to facilitate our clients successfully transition into the workforce.
Job Placement
Employer relationships and intensive follow up support are two key elements of our Supported Work Model. The ability of KPS’ seasoned private sector sales force to effectively place participants into jobs separates us from the competition. Companies want to work with us and want to hire our clients. We have created a healthy competitive environment where our sales representatives compete with one another to place participants in well-suited jobs, with performance bonuses awarded to sales representatives who consistently make placements that work and last.
KPS places its workforce clientele in a wide range of positions. Our approach is to generate employment opportunities and match the most suitable candidate. Having a wide variety of employment opportunities allows us to place people carefully according to their skills and interests; a strategy that translates into higher long-term retention rates.
